PERCEPTIN™ forte shot is an innovative formula containing standardised extracts
from ashwagandha root KSM-66 and thyme-leafed gratiola, caffeine, magnesium and selected B vitamins (pantothenic acid, riboflavin, vitamins B6 and B12).
*The Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera L.) root extract helps to maintain the feeling of energy and vitality. It supports the processes of learning, memorising, and maintaining a good mental condition in the elderly. In addition, it helps to cope with stress and maintain well-being during periods of mental and nervous tension, as well as during periods of anxiety.
*Caffeine supports mental fitness, as it helps to increase vigilance and improves concentration.
*Thyme-leafed gratiola (Bacopa monnieri L.) can have a positive effect on brain function and contribute to improving both short-term and long-term memory, as well as to increasing concentration and intelligence. In addition, it helps to circulate peripheral blood, which has a positive effect on brain performance.
The preparation has been supplemented with magnesium, riboflavin, and vitamins B6 and B12, which contribute to reducing the feeling of fatigue and exhaustion. The liquid form of the product enables quick absorption.

Ingredients Water, citric-acid magnesium salts (magnesium citrate) — magnesium, flavours, acidity regulator — citric acid; Ashwagandha root KSM-66(Withania somnifera L.) extract, anhydrous caffeine, thyme-leaved gratiola (Bacopa monnieri L.) extract, preservative — sorbic acid; sweeteners — acesulfame K, sucralose; D-pantothenate calcium — pantothenic acid, cyanocobalamin — vit. B12, riboflavin — vit. B2, pyridoxine hydrochloride — vit. B6.
Purpose
Intended use The preparation is intended for adults aiming to maintain the proper mental fitness. Especially recommended for people subjected to chronic stress, who engage in intellectual work and learning, to improve memory and concentration.
Dosage
Recommended daily dose Thecontents of 1 ampoule (60 ml) once daily, depending on needs. Shake before use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements may not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. It is recommended to maintain a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children.
Attention High caffeine content; the product is not recommended for children or pregnant and breastfeeding women [caffeine content 200 mg/100 ml; 120 mg/1 ampoule (60 ml)]. Additionally, it is not recommended for women planning to get pregnant, or persons with heart disease, hypertension, or hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the preparation. Do not exceed the daily dose of 400 mg of caffeine from all sources and 200 mg of caffeine in one dose. Do not use directly before bedtime or within a few hours before bedtime. During the period of use of the product, do not drink alcohol or use drugs, especially hypnotics, sedatives and anxiolytics. The turbidity of the solution and foam are natural occurrences resulting from the components used, and do not affect the quality of the product.
