Gold-Vit® D3 4000 is a food supplement in the form of small, scored tablets, containing a high dose of vitamin D (D3)—as much as 100 µg (4000 IU) per tablet**.
*Vitamin D contributes to the proper functioning of the immune system, the maintenance of healthy bones and teeth, contributes to maintaining normal calcium levels in the blood, and supports the proper absorption/utilization of calcium and phosphorus.
**Note: 1 tablet = 100 µg (4000 IU) is the recommended daily dose for healthy individuals over 75 years of age. Do not consume more than 1 tablet per day. The recommended daily dose for healthy individuals aged 11 to 75 is ½ tablet = 50 µg (2000 IU) of vitamin D. For the age group 11 to 75, one tablet contains two daily doses and should not exceed ½ tablet per day. Do not consume other preparations containing vitamin D. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the product’s ingredients, especially vitamin D.

Bulking agent – cellulose; cholecalciferol – vitamin D, anti-caking agent – magnesium salts of fatty acids; bulking agent – cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; anti-caking agent – silicon dioxide.
Purpose
Intended for: as a food supplement with vitamin D for healthy people over 75 years of age (1 tablet per day), as well as for the healthy population of adults up to 75 years of age, children over 11 years of age, pregnant and breastfeeding women, menopausal women and physically active people (1/2 tablet per day).
Dosage
Recommended use: age-related: healthy adults over 75 years of age – 1 tablet daily; healthy adults up to 75 years of age and children over 11 years of age – ½ tablet daily. Take with or after a meal, or otherwise after consulting a doctor.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
According to the European Food Safety Authority, the tolerable upper intake level of vitamin D from all sources for individuals over 11 years of age, as well as pregnant and breastfeeding women, is 100 μg.
