FORSEN® Forte with Valerian is a composition of three herbal extracts helping to fall asleep, enriched with niacin, riboflavin and vitamin B6.
*The Valerian root extract (valerian) supports mental well-being in the state of stress and psychological tension. It helps to cope with the stress in everyday situations, fall asleep and maintain physiological sleep.
*Lemon balm extract has a relaxing and calming effect in states of anxiety and emotional strain, contributes to a good and peaceful rest as well as improves the quality of sleep. Chamomile flower extract helps maintain mental and physical well-being as well as supports a healthy sleep. Niacin, riboflavin and vitamin B6 help in the proper functioning of the nervous system and reduce the feeling of tiredness and weariness.

Ingredients: Valerian root extract (Valeriana officinalis L.); Lemon balm leaf extract (Melissa officinalis L.); Chamomile flower extract (Matricaria recutita L.); bulking agent – cellulose microcrystalline; nicotinamide – niacin; anti-caking agent – magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; pyridoxine hydrochloride – vitamin B6; riboflavin – vitamin B2; capsule (gelatin – shell component).
Purpose
The product is recommended as a food supplement for adults seeking an emotional balance when under stress and emotional tension as well as to fall asleep easily.
Dosage
Recommended use: 1 capsule daily, preferable 30 minutes before the sleep or otherwise after consultation with a physician. The capsule should be taken with a sufficient amount of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
Note: The product should not be used with sedative, hypnotic, anxiolytic and anti-epileptic medications. This product is not intended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of its ingredients. Do not mix with alcohol. The product can have a slight negative impact on the ability to use machines and ability to drive. Do not use other preparations including the same herbal extracts as in the product.
