CHELA-MAG B6 magnesium + vitamin B6 is a food supplement in the form of effervescent tablets containing a highly absorbable form of magnesium amino acid chelate Albion® (magnesium bisglycinate), enriched with vitamin B6.
Magnesium and vitamin B6, are responsible for proper functioning of the nervous system, affect the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and maintaining normal psychological functions, as well as help to maintain proper energy metabolism of the body. In addition, studies have shown that magnesium helps in the proper functioning of muscles, participates in the maintenance of healthy bones and teeth, and it is involved in maintaining the electrolyte balance.
Proper absorption of magnesium from the gastrointestinal tract and its distribution within the body is ensured by the fact that it is contained in a form of high quality amino acid chelate which is highly bioavailable.

Ingredients: acidity regulator – citric acid, magnesium bisglycinate (magnesium amino acid chelate Albion®) – magnesium, acidity regulator – sodium carbonates, bulking agent – sorbitol, flavors, stabilizer – polyethylene glycol; maltodextrin, sweeteners – sodium cyclamate, acesulfame K; colour – beta-carotene (for orange flavor), riboflavin (for lemon flavor); pyridoxine hydrochloride – vitamin B6. The product contains sweeteners
Purpose
Product intended: for use as a food supplement helping to cover the body’s demand for magnesium – an element beneficial for the proper muscles functioning, nervous system and reducing tiredness and fatigue.
Dosage
Recommended use: dissolve 1 tablet in 150 ml of water. Best served chilled.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.

Chelate, as a neutral complex, does not disturb the cells mineral and ionic balance. After absorption, in the hydrolysis process, the chelate is broken down into glycine (an amino acid involved, among others, in protein synthesis, the metabolic cycle of nucleic acids or neurotransmission) and elemental magnesium.
ALBION chelates
Albions amino acid chelates are a real revolution in the area of the digestibility of minerals such as iron, magnesium and calcium.
In order for these compounds to be assimilated in their original forms and to perform their intended function, the mineral ion formed as a result of the dissociation process of the mineral compound at the acidic pH of gastric juice must be bound by organic components. This process occurs naturally in our body and is called chelation.
