Chela-Mag B6® is a food supplement which contains a hypoallergenic form of magnesium – Albical™ amino acid chelate (magnesium bisglycinate) enriched with vitamin B6.
Scientific research has proven that magnesium contributes to:

- a reduction of tiredness and fatigue,
- the maintenance of normal bones and teeth,

Magnesium amino acid chelate by Albion™ is fully hypoallergenic (US patent no. 7,838,042), which is crucial for the supplement’s safety.

- Vitamin B6 2 mg (143%*)

Magnesium bisglycinate (magnesium amino acid chelate Albion™) – magnesium, anti-caking agent – magnesium oxide; maltodextrin, anti-caking agent – magnesium salts of fatty acids; pyridoxine hydrochloride – vitamin B6, capsule – gelatine.
Purpose
Intended for: a preparation intended for adults who want to supplement their diet with magnesium, in particular for those with increased demand for magnesium – performing intensive physical and mental work, practicing sports, drinking coffee, alcohol.
Dosage
Recommended use: take 1-2 capsules daily – after a meal and/or 1 hour before bedtime, with plenty of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
Storage conditions: Unopened, keep in a dry place, at room temperature. Keep out of reach of children.
