Gold-Vit® D3 Junior is a food supplement in the form of orally-disintegrating tablets with a score line. One tablet contains 2 daily doses of vitamin D3 (800 IU). Due to an easy way of administration it will be a perfect choice for children who have problems with swallowing. Orally-disintegrating tablet dissolves on a tongue. Vitamin D is needed for normal growth and development of bone in children. It also contributes to the normal function of the immune system in children. Fruit flavour.
Ingredients
- Vitamin D 20 μg (800 IU) (400%*)
*NRV - nutrient reference value.
Bulking agent – mannitol; cholecalciferol – vitamin D, bulking agent – isomalt; sweetener – xylitol; natural fruit flavors, acidity regulator – citric acid; anti-caking agent – magnesium salts of fatty acids.
Purpose
Intended for: children over 3 years of age to supplement the diet with vitamin D.
This product can be used by both children and adults. For adults and children over 11 years of age, the entire tablet can be used.
Dosage
Recommended use: ½ tablet once a day with or after a meal, or as directed by a physician.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not consume the entire tablet at once. Th food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
Note: The recommended daily dose is ½ tablet, which corresponds to 800 IU (20 µg) of vitamin D. One tablet contains two daily doses (1600 IU – 40 µg). Do not consume more than ½ tablet daily. Do not use with other vitamin D supplements. Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any of the product’s ingredients, especially vitamin D. Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect. This product should only be administered to a child under adult supervision. The product should be used in a standing or sitting position. If necessary, half a tablet (daily dose) can be crushed and/or dissolved (suspended) in a small amount of water.
Storage conditions: Store in a dry place at room temperature, out of reach of small children. Protect from light and moisture. Any unused half tablet should be returned to the open blister, stored under the same conditions, and consumed within 24 hours.
