Gold-Vit® D3 + K2 Forte shot is a food supplement in a liquid form, containing a high amount of vitamin D (2000 IU). The product has been enriched with natural vitamin K from natto, occurring in a highly absorbable form1 of menaquinone-7 (vitamin K2).
Vitamin D3 contributes to normal function of the immune system, normal bones and teeth. It also contributes to normal blood calcium levels as well as to normal absorption of calcium and phosphorus. Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting and the maintenance of normal bones.

Ingredients
- Vitamin D (D3) 50 μg (2000 IU) (1000%*)
- Vitamin K (K2) 75 μg (100%*)
*NRV - nutrient reference value.
Water, carrier – glycerol; menaquinone (menaquinone-7) – vitamin K, stabilizers – gum arabic (acacia gum), sodium carboxymethylcellulose; cholecalciferol – vitamin D, colouring agent – cochineal; flavors, preservative – sorbic acid; acidity regulator – citric acid; sweeteners – acesulfame K, sucralose.
Purpose
Intended use: For adults to supplement the diet with vitamins D and K, especially recommended for those who spend less than 15 minutes a day in the sun, use sunscreen, are physically active, and for the elderly, as well as those concerned about maintaining healthy bones.
Note: This product is not intended for children, adolescents, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or those taking anticoagulants.
Do not use in conjunction with other products containing vitamins D or K, or in the case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.
The sediment and crystallization that may occur are natural phenomena and do not affect the quality of the product.
Before use, it is recommended to perform a 25-(OH)D blood test and discuss the results with a doctor or pharmacist.
Dosage
Recommended daily dose: ½ ampoule (12.5 ml) once a day. Shake before use.
1 ampoule contains 2 servings for 2 days.
After opening, store in a tightly closed container in the refrigerator and consume within 48 hours.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
Note: The daily dose is 2000 IU. 1 ampoule contains two daily servings (4000 IU). Do not consume more than half the ampoule daily, i.e., the amount clearly marked with red arrows and a thick red line (the arrows and line are visible on the outer and inner labels).
Storage conditions: Store in a dry place, at room temperature, in tightly closed containers. Store out of reach of small children.
