Gold Ashwagandha is a food supplement in capsules containing Ashwagandha root extract KSM-66® (Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal) obtained in a process compliant with the principles of Green chemistry*.
**Ashwagandha has a beneficial effect on building the body’s resistance to stress factors. It helps maintain vitality, well-being and emotional balance, as well as in states of reduced concentration, exhaustion, fatigue and nervous tension. It has a positive effect on the body’s energy management. It helps protect tissues against damage – it acts as an antioxidant and supports the building of muscle tissue. Additionally, it supports the processes of learning, remembering and maintaining good mental fitness in the elderly.

- KSM-66® Ashwagandha extract 200 mg
- Including: withanolides (5%) 10 mg

Ashwagandha root extract KSM-66® (Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal), bulking agent – microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents – magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; capsule – gelatin.
Purpose
As a food supplement for people who lead an intensive lifestyle, who are exposed to stress, as well as during periods of reduced immunity, and for the general strengthening of the body.
Dosage
Recommended use: 1 capsule daily during a meal, with a large amount of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A food supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Keep out of the reach of small children.
Note: It is not recommended to use in children, pregnant or breastfeeding women or in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the preparation. While using the preparation, you should not drink alcohol or use sleeping pills, sedatives, anti-anxiety drugs or anti-epileptic drugs.
Store in dry rooms, at the temperature below 25°C, in tightly closed packaging.
