Medicines Product description
Ibuprex® is an analgesic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory drug containing the active substance ibuprofen belonging to a group of drugs called non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). Ibuprofen reduces fever and has an analgesic effect.
Ibuprex® is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of mild to moderate pain, including: headache, migraine, dysmenorrhea, bone, muscle and joint pain (also as a result of injuries), toothache, pain in the lumbosacral region and treatment of fever, including: in the course of upper respiratory tract infections, colds and flu or other infectious diseases.

Ingredients
- Ibuprofen 400 mg

The active substance is ibuprofen. Each tablet contains 400 mg of ibuprofen (Ibuprofenum). Other ingredients (excipients): tablet core (microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose 5 cP, croscarmellose sodium, colloidal anhydrous silica, purified water, macrogol 6000, sodium stearyl fumarate), Opadry 200 White coating (polyvinyl alcohol, titanium dioxide (E 171), talc, macrogol 3350, methacrylic acid and ethyl acrylate copolymer (1:1), sodium carbonate).
Purpose
Symptomatic treatment of mild to moderate pain, including: headache, migraine, dysmenorrhea, bone, muscle and joint pain (also as a result of injuries), toothache, pain in the lumbosacral region.
Treatment of fever includes: in the course of upper respiratory tract infections, colds and flu or other infectious diseases.
Dosage
Treatment of mild to moderate fever and pain including tension-type headache, migraine, toothache, bone, muscle and joint pain.
Adults, the elderly and adolescents (over 12 years of age): 400 mg up to 3 times a day at intervals of 4 – 6 hours. Do not exceed a dose of 1,200 mg per day.
Painful menstruation: 400 mg depending on needs 1-3 times a day with an interval between doses of 4 – 6 hours. Do not exceed a dose of 1,200 mg per day.
The tablets should be taken with a glass of water.
Due to a high dose of the active ingredient in one tablet, the product is not intended for use in children (under 12 years of age).
Storage conditions: store in dry rooms, at room temperature, in tightly closed packaging. Keep out of the reach of small children.
